With a wealth of experience across large and small scale, Andrew brings a personal design focussed approach from over 20 years experience across residential, commercial, hospitality, aged care and retail.

In 2021, Andrew stepped aside from a decade in commercial practice to establish andrew eaddy architects, initially with a residential focus and and aim to build on the smaller scale commercial and hospitality areas.

He brings a client focused approach to every project, a love for simplicity and modernism and loves to start with a clear concept, work through the design process and bring a personal excitement to every project. We believe every project is an oportunity for a fresh eye with attention to form and functionality with a play of composition of elements and spaces responding the to site and brief to create enjoyable spaces.

With over 20 years experience across residential, commercial and hospitality sectors his recent experience at Crone Architects, WMK Architecture, Jackson Teece and residential practices in New Zealand positions him well to approach all project scales. Recent Key projects include One Circular Key (Waldorf Astoria Hotel), Vibe Darling harbour, Glebe apartments, and Various commercial and Hotel refurbishment projects and Completed residential projects in Balgowlah, Fairlight, Jindabyne and St Ives.

In his spare time you will find him being bossed around by his 18 month old daughter, spending time with his family at the beach or inflicting endless DIY on himself at their south coast beach house…
